Impact
& transparency
At Quenched, we believe every well tells a story of health, hope, and transformation.
We are committed to providing clean water, empowering pastors, and sharing the hope of the Gospel — while being transparent about our goals, results, and how we adapt and improve.

2024 Goals vs. Results
Each number represents lives impacted. Here’s how God worked through your generosity this year.
What we learned in 2024
Rural Access:
We identified a growing need for clean water in remote communities. Based on this data, we are prioritizing deeper drilling and rural siting for future wells to ensure year-round reliability and greater impact for families.
Pastor Training ROI:
Our discipleship data showed that when pastors are equipped with WASH and ministry training, decisions for Christ increase significantly. In response, we expanded pastor training in 2024 and set a goal of training 7,000 pastors in 2025.
Women’s Health Needs:
During WASH trainings, women shared specific sanitation and health concerns. Because of this feedback, we launched WHAS (Women’s Health and Sanitation) in 2025 to equip women with knowledge and tools that improve family and community health and dignity.
2025 Goals
Wells
Build 750 wells, prioritizing rural communities most in need.
Access to clean water
Provide sustainable access to more than 50,000 people.
Pastor training
Train 7,000 pastors in WASH practices and discipleship.
Discipleship outcomes
Grow baptisms by 20% (to ~1,120) and decisions for Christ by 20% (to ~6,400).
WASH trainings
Increase trainings by 20% to ~175, reaching ~8,000 people.
Women’s health (WHAS)
Launch WHAS pilot training year, with results to be reported in future updates.
Community voices
“Earlier, the local people often disliked Christians or opposed the church. But seeing how the church and believers initiated this project through Quenched, their hearts have changed. Many have expressed surprise and gratitude, saying, ‘Earlier we thought Christians were different, but they care for us and have done what even many of our own people did not do.’ It has opened doors for friendship and conversations about the Gospel.”

“I am Chun Chun Devi, wife of Ranjit. For over 40 years, my family relied on other people’s wells, rivers, and ponds for water. Because of our poverty, we could never afford to drill a well ourselves. When a local pastor told me about Quenched, I applied—and now we finally have our own well. What the government never provided, Quenched has given us. I have seen their love for the poor and neglected, and I am deeply thankful for their help and care.”

How we measure impact
We collect and review impact data semiannually to ensure accountability and program improvement.
Local pastors collect well functionality data, people-served counts, WASH attendance, and discipleship outcomes.
Data is reviewed by Quenched staff midyear and year-end, and presented to the board annually.
Results are used to adjust strategy — including rural well focus, pastor training expansion, and WHAS creation.
Donors receive
annual impact reporting, and results are publicly posted here.
