Join a Mission That Transforms Lives
In India and Nepal, entire communities lack access to clean water—and the gospel. At Quenched, we exist to change that. We empower local pastors to drill wells, teach WASH principles, share the gospel, disciple believers, and plant churches in unreached areas.
In just 10 years, over 220,000 people now have access to clean water, and more than 175,000 have heard the gospel. But this is just the beginning. We believe God is preparing us for even greater impact—and we’re building a team that can help us grow into that vision.
Your Role in the Story
As our Executive & Development Assistant, you’ll serve behind the scenes to help make front-line ministry possible. You’ll bring clarity to our communications, accuracy to our financial systems, and structure to our donor engagement. You’ll be the person who ensures our growing organization continues to run with excellence as we expand our reach.
This is a unique opportunity to combine administrative skill with Kingdom purpose—using your gifts to help thousands more receive clean water and the hope of Christ.
Key Responsibilities
- Donor Engagement: Coordinate email follow-ups, acknowledgments, and impact reports to build long-term relationships.
- Bookkeeping: Manage donation processing, expense tracking, and reporting in QuickBooks.
- Event Support: Assist in planning donor events and mission gatherings, both virtual and in-person.
- Operations: Maintain up-to-date donor databases, organize digital files, and track project milestones.
- Executive Support: Help with scheduling, communications, and admin tasks for the President.
What You Bring
- You’re known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and someone who gets things done right the first time.
- You prefer working behind the scenes, bringing order and clarity to mission-driven work.
- You thrive when expectations are clear, systems are in place, and you have the space to do focused, meaningful work.
- Prior experience in nonprofit operations, donor communications, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent written communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, and donor management systems (or willingness to learn).
- A heart for missions and a desire to be part of something bigger than yourself.
What We Offer
- A flexible remote role with meaningful purpose and impact.
- A supportive team and direct access to leadership.
- A structured work environment with clear expectations, autonomy, and minimal unnecessary meetings.
- The chance to use your professional skills in a Christ-centered mission to reach the unreached.
