Our story
Quenched is a nonprofit committed to providing clean water and sharing the hope of the Gospel to see the water crisis decrease and Jesus increase.
Through partnerships with local leaders and pastors, we’re helping to transform and disciple lives by bringing access to safe drinking water and introducing the message of Jesus. With nearly 300,000 people reached, you are now part of this powerful story, helping both physically and spiritually renew lives.
Purpose of manual
This manual provides all the details you need to successfully host your table. We want you to enjoy this impactful journey with us. From invitations to event-day instructions, you’ll find guidance on inviting guests, managing your table, and engaging with our mission, ensuring your hosting experience is both seamless and impactful.
Why hosting matters
As a table host, you’re more than a seat-filler, you’re a conduit for transformation. Each guest’s presence inspires generosity, helps the water crisis decrease and possibly experience the eternal hope of the Gospel.
Ideal audience
Who should you invite? Your table seats ten, including you. Invite people who are spiritually curious, value generosity and would respond to a night of vision, purpose and worship. The digital invites will assist or share our social media captions.

As a table host, you commit to a $2,500 donation that helps fund a clean water well in India providing for an entire community.
Gifts are due by September 5.
Invite friends, family or anyone who would be impacted by this mission to join your table of 10.
Silent auction
We’re seeking meaningful, high-quality contributions for our silent auction, experiences like travel getaways, golf packages, themed baskets and unique services. Your donation will directly fund clean water and the Gospel, as 100% of the auction proceeds go to the field.

Host guidelines
Attire and logistics
Dress code: Smart casual attire (closed-toe or dressy footwear recommended). Parking: Free onsite, arrive by 5:30 pm

Highlight three to five featured items in your outreach. Share the auction site link so guests can bid early and engage in giving.
